“Systemic Law: An Innovation in Legal Practice” by Dr. Maria Belén Carey – BRAND

Systemic law, an emerging branch of conscious law, is revolutionizing the way we approach legal conflicts. This innovative approach recognizes that legal conflicts can be a reflection of disorders in the client’s family system. Through a technique known as family constellations, these disorders are identified and new emotional information is sought to be generated that can benefit future generations.

As a lawyer specializing in family and criminal law, I have observed a victim-victimizer pattern that is replicated across generations. Both victims and perpetrators are part of the system. Whoever causes damage must compensate the system to maintain balance. If the conflict is not resolved, it is inherited from generation to generation until someone recognizes it.

Holistic lawyers, like me, seek to integrate natural science with the human soul, recognizing that there is something greater than our individuality. Our objective is to rescue the best of human beings, establishing order in family and legal systems.

Today, although my name is Maria Belén Carey, my law firm is no longer Carey&asoc. Now I am part of a highly trained and recommended interdisciplinary team where I collaborate with Dr. Melisa Morales, Dr. Caruso Carlos and Dr. Weiner Gastón, Alejandro Gomez and Cesar Paredes, all of them experienced gender and customs criminal lawyers, among others. specific specialties.

We also have other family collaborators, the new lawyers Florencia Esquivel and Ezequiel Añaiz. All of them also work with other colleagues who are specialists in specific areas.-

We, with Dr. Melisa Morales, also have an interdisciplinary team of doctors, psychiatrists, psychologists, alternative therapists, computer experts, surveyors and real estate advisors, as well as the tax accounting service of Nilda Mabel Lezcano Vega, which is part of the team, and the family constellator Nati Gallo for the area of systemic law.-

This interdisciplinary approach is something that connects us to something much bigger. Law is simply a means to resolve conflicts, but by integrating diverse disciplines and perspectives, we can address conflicts in a more holistic and effective way.

In short, systemic law is redefining legal practice. By recognizing that legal conflicts can be a reflection of deeper family disorders, this approach allows for more effective and compassionate conflict resolution. And by working in interdisciplinary teams, we can leverage a broader range of skills and experiences to benefit our clients.
