Cup winner Syntainics MBC won the “Finale” against EWE Baskets Oldenburg for the last play-off place in the basketball Bundesliga.
The team from Weißenfels prevailed 110: 95 (51:42) and now meets Master and main round winner Bayern Munich. The best thrower at the MBC was Charles Callison (29 points), at Oldenburg Seth Hinrichs (23) could not prevent this.
The play-offs start on Saturday. The opening date for the final series is June 15th. The MBC had lost in the first Play-in game against Alba Berlin, Oldenburg won against the Rostock Seawolves and thus earned the duel on Thursday evening.
