“Sweet, playful, a rascal, a nine-year-old rascal,” says an ex-teacher about Raul

“Rest in peace, Raul”. At the gate where Raul, the nine-year-old boy who was tortured to death by his mother and stepfather and dumped in a sports bag in Houtdok in Ghent, is a card and a cuddly dog. The house is a stone’s throw from where the boy went to school. Yves De Moor, an ex-teacher of Raul, tells in VTM NEWS what Raul was like and how he brought the boy home a few times.
