Bremen (dpa) – Striker Roger Assalé from SV Werder Bremen has been removed from the squad for the game in the 2nd Bundesliga against FC Ingolstadt for disciplinary reasons.
According to the club, the 28-year-old came late to the meeting on the day of the game and was no longer nominated by coach Ole Werner. The offensive player came to the Weser last summer and has not been able to convince with six appearances so far.
