Suspect of genocide in Rwanda arrested in South Africa after 29 years

One of the world’s most wanted suspects of the 1994 Rwandan genocide has been arrested in Paarl, South Africa. The suspect, Fulgence Kayishema, was a police officer and militia chief when extremist Hutus in the African country attempted to wipe out the Tutsi minority. An estimated 800,000 people, mostly Tutsis, were killed in the massacres in about three months.
