Super Bowl: This is what Taylor Swift said to Travis Kelce after the victory

The couple embraced on the football field after the Chiefs win and Swift celebrated her loved one.

At the 58th Super Bowl on February 11th, Travis Kelce and his team, the Kansas City Chiefs, emerged as champions of the championship. This was something to celebrate properly and for the tight end that meant first falling into the arms of his girlfriend Taylor Swift on the field and kissing her lovingly – surrounded by the press, teammates and the like. But what exactly did the singer say to her partner after winning? How did he react?

“It was amazing”

After the game ended, Swift was already waiting on the field for the Chiefs player. “Come here,” Kelce first demanded when he saw her standing there, then wrapped her in his arms and started smooching. “Oh my God,” the pop star finally said, adding: “I can’t believe this. I can’t believe you. How did you do that?”

To which her partner asked: “Was it electrifying?” The singer’s answer promptly followed: “It was incredible.” And further: “That was the craziest thing I’ve ever seen.”

It wasn’t really clear that Kelce’s team could win the game, even though they were the favorites and defending champions. Despite this advantage, they were only able to win the game in overtime, in which the Chiefs were able to reach the final score of 25:22 with a touchdown pass. Of course, this nerve-wracking fight had to be celebrated – for Kelce that meant running straight to his loved one.

Recordings from the subsequent after-show party also show how the two continued to celebrate together: They danced and sang to Swift hit remixes of “Love Story” and “You Belong With Me”.

Sophisticated trip to the Super Bowl

Taylor Swift traveled from Tokyo especially for the Super Bowl to cheer on her boyfriend. A few hours earlier she was on stage in the Japanese capital to perform a concert from her “The Eras” tour. The fact that she made it to Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas on time in such a short time was due to the international date line, which runs through the Pacific Ocean. Since Swift crossed this to the east, she essentially traveled back a day.
