MIlano, 24 Jun. (askanews) – Wellness, quality of life and sustainability are at home in Val di Fiemme who greets the beginning of summer with a weekend of activity to live a unique experience in the regenerating nature of the Trentino Dolomites. Opening sports, food and wine, psychophysical balance, spirit of adventure and inner strength are the main ingredients of the first ‘Fiemme Zenith’, an event that celebrates the soldier in the summer, the longest and brightest day of the year, with weekend completely focused on movement, nutrition and relaxation.

The protagonists of the number one of ‘Fiemme Zenith’ are the excellence of the territory: among the other initiatives scheduled, a ‘lesson’ of the explorer and extreme adventurer Danilo Callegari on how to overcome his mental limits, yoga, meditation and holistic treatments in curtain on the banks of the Biolago of Predazzo, training, guided excursions and explorations in the woods. And for those who love good cuisine, the starred chef Alessandro Gilmozzi offers ‘La Val di Fiemme on the plate’, with the collection, preparation and tasting of local spontaneous herbs protagonists of many typical dishes of the gastronomic tradition of the territory.
My relationship with my territory is historical, historical and cultural: we live in a valley of collectors, and therefore I feel a little the defender of these collectors.
