All the restrictions imposed by the Shukrula lawyers have been withdrawn, so there is no more reason to conduct summary proceedings, according to his lawyer.

Lawyer Vito Shukrula announced in a statement through his lawyer that he and his former client Ridouan Taghi “great injustice” has been affected, “that still continues”. Shukrula was arrested in April on suspicion of participating in the criminal organization of Taghi and is still in custody.
