The Sugababes are back. Afas Live, was filled to the ridge with fans of all ages-from people who grew up with Freak Like Me to Gen Z’ers who have (re) discovered their songs via Tiktok or their parents in a dark fully packed room. Then a few light bundles and the first synthtones of mega bang Destination by the speakers. That was nice to come in for Wednesday evening.
