Something that motivates you to put your best foot forward day in, day out. But if that tip is not forthcoming, it can evoke feelings of injustice. And that can sometimes lead to strong reactions. Such as in a restaurant in South Holland, where a 21-year-old student chef got into an argument with his boss that ultimately ended up in court.
