Stricter smoking policy from December 31: smoke-free zones will be expanded to include amusement parks and zoos

From December 31, the smoking ban will be extended in Belgium to publicly accessible open-air areas such as amusement parks, zoos, playgrounds and sports fields. From January 1, 2025, there will be a ban on temporary sales points for tobacco products, such as at festivals, markets or fairs.
