Spain is struggling with winter weather and a new storm bringing strong winds with speeds possibly exceeding 100 kilometers per hour. The regions of Andalusia and Extremadura have closed schools as a precaution. Schools also closed in Portugal, where wind speeds of up to 140 kilometers per hour were measured on the coast. A motorist was killed near Lisbon when his car was struck by a fallen tree.
