Scandinavia and Finland are plagued this weekend by storm Johannes, which is causing major inconvenience and damage. In Sweden, at least two people died and more than 40,000 families are without power. In Finland, a plane has been blown off the runway in Kittilä, leaving more than 160,000 families in the dark. The damage to infrastructure is significant, local media report. Air traffic has been temporarily halted in northern Finland; Belgian passengers are also stranded.
