Stichd receives license for lingerie and legwear

The Dutch clothing brand Scotch & Soda is expanding its range. On Tuesday, the company announced a long-term licensing partnership for body and legwear with textile manufacturer Stichd BV.

The company, based in ‘s-Hertogenbosch, will take over “the design, production and distribution” of Scotch & Soda’s underwear and socks collections, according to a statement. The cooperation with men’s products is started. A first capsule collection should therefore be available from October, and the first full collection will go on sale in February 2023. “The expansion to include a women’s collection is planned shortly thereafter,” explained Scotch & Soda.

Stichd is a “strategic partner tailored to our needs and our brand’s specific DNA” and will “provide exceptional support at the design, production and distribution levels,” said Frederick Lukoff, CEO of Scotch & Soda a message. “We are confident that the new Scotch & Soda bodywear lines will deliver high quality products that will stand out in a particularly competitive market thanks to Stichd’s deep expertise and customer-centric focus.”
