The Belgian investor and former oliemagnaat Frank Monstrey (61) is the international official oppoord by the Kazakh authorities. The zakenman, the one fortuin vergaarde in the oil and gas sector of the land, wordt gezocht in a corruption dossier.

Frank Monstrey is an invloedrijke investor who started in the year 2000, which was in the Zakenwereld, on the sea in post-Soviet lands. The most important project in Kazakhstan was the largest oil and gas industry in Nostrum Oil & Gas, which brought the flow to the factories of London.
The authorities in Kazakhstan were brought into association with Mukhtar Ablyazov, a famous banker who was accused of stealing millions of dollars.
