Hatayspor Deputy Chairman Aydın Toksöz denied the news that Coach Volkan Demirel had resigned.
Toksöz said, “From time to time, he tells us that he is tired. But resignation is out of the question. He did not say anything to us and we did not receive anything about resignation. Even if he comes, we will not accept it. We will never forget what our coach did. Even Hatayspor’s appearance on the field is a great success. “Parting ways with our teacher is not on our agenda,” he said.
