VfL Bochum suffered a defeat at home against Werder Bremen and remains bottom of the table without a win.
On the 13th matchday of the Bundesliga, VfL suffered a 0-1 defeat in front of 26,000 fans in the Ruhrstadion. Jens Stage scored the goal of the day for the guests from Bremen in the 56th minute. With the win, Werder improved to ninth place in the table with 19 points.
