DeRozan helps Chicago basketball players to victory over San Antonio
08:02 am: With 40 points, DeMar DeRozan not only gave his Chicago Bulls team their fourth consecutive win in the American basketball league NBA. He also reached a milestone by hitting at least 35 points in the sixth game in a row. The last to do so in the NBA was legend Michael Jordan in the 1996-97 season. The Bulls defeated San Antonio Spurs 120-109.
The home team started the last quarter trailing by 6 points. The Bulls then saw 11 of their next 13 points credited to DeRozan, who also improved himself by finishing above 30 points for the seventh consecutive time.
The Bulls tied the score with the Miami Heat, the leaders in the NBA’s eastern division, with the win.
