Popular songs are Stairway to Heaven from Led Zeppelin, Rollercoaster by Danny Vera and Love of My Life from Queen. 47 percent of the Drenten discussed the music wishes with loved ones during their funeral. That is more than most Dutch people (37 percent).
People do that not to leave loved ones with questions, or to give lagging relatives time to mourn. Drenten prefers to hear pop music during their funeral.
After Danny Vera and Miss Montreal, Emmenaar Jannes is therefore the one who prefers to hear Drenten coming to their funeral to sing. Floating to happiness regularly comes by during a Drenthe farewell.
