According to producer Jerry Bruckheimer, he already spoke to Depp about a possible appearance in the sixth “Curse of the Caribbean” film. “If he likes how the role is written, I think he would do it,” Bruckheimer told “Entertainment Weekly”. “It always depends on what is on paper.” According to Disney, Depp had been “sent overboard” by Disney after his ex-wife Amber Heard published an article about domestic violence.
