So it’s not just an intention, but you will really start exercising more often in 2023

Just a little while and we will ring in the new year again. In addition to oliebollen and champagne, the good intentions are also back on the table. More sports and exercise has been one of the most popular resolutions for years, but at the beginning of February these were often put in the trash. How do we keep up that sports this year? The Hoornse trainer Ronald Vos has the solution.

This is how we will continue to exercise in 2023 – NH News

It is a little after nine in the morning and there is a strong wind. In the parking lot of the Julianapark in Hoorn it is slowly but surely busier with mainly women. That is not illogical, because there is a ‘ladies-only training’ on the schedule. Ronald is ready to receive all participants. There is not a lot of room for catching up, because there is work to be done.

To persevere

As a five-time national boxing champion and with years of experience as a trainer, Ronald easily knows how to get the group moving. According to Ronald, the degree of difficulty is in maintaining your training. According to the personal trainer, it’s about setting goals that are achievable. Achieving these goals will motivate you to keep going. “Discipline is also important. You develop it automatically if you like something,” says Ronald.
