The German Snowboard Crossers missed the podium places at the World Cup in Gudauri Georgian. A trio landed in the top 10.
In the men, Paul Berg ended up in seventh place as the best German after the 33-year-old had failed narrowly in the race for moving into the Big Final through a photo finish. Jana Fischer was also seventh with the women around three weeks before the World Cup races in St. Moritz/Switzerland.
Ulbricht fails in the quarter -finals
In contrast, Leon Ulbricht, who had won the first German win of the season in Erzurum/Türkiye last weekend, already failed in the quarter -finals and took tenth place ahead of Leon Beckhaus. In the overall ranking, the 20-year-old Ulbricht fell back to third place from second.
