16-year-old signs the first professional contract-and receives hatred for photo

Skye Stout has a big career as a footballer. Now the young athlete has been hostile. In return, she received prominent support.
She got her first professional contract and therefore actually had every reason to be happy – but everything turned out differently for Skye Stout. The young footballer signed a contract with the Kilmarnock Scottish Association in the second Scottish women’s league. The club then posted a photo and a video of the 16-year-old on social media. What followed was extremely sad for the athlete.
On the X platform, the organization “Grassroots” drew attention to this. She posted the photo of Skye Stout and wrote: “Please send the 16-year-old Skye Stout from Scotland your love and support and do not let the ignorant tyrants win.”
The organization also wrote: “The situation escalated to the point where the club decided to delete all the posts in which Skye Stout was mentioned to stop bullying through the haters.”
Numerous people commented and supported Stout under the post. So also Liverpool icon Jamie Carragher. The ex-professional wrote: “Good luck, Skye.” He provided his words with a red heart. The women’s department of Chelsea also commented: “Congratulations and good luck for the season.”
In addition, the top club from London allowed itself a pun. From the English phrase “Sky is the Limit” (“Heaven is the border”), FC Chelsea made the sentence “Skye is the limit” based on the player.
