ÖSV jumpers continue without Kramer

In addition to the woman in the yellow jersey, Eva Pinkelnig (start number 36), Chiara Kreuzer (29), Jacqueline Seifriedsberger (17) and Hannah Wiegele (11) are also starting in Willingen. The ÖSV still has to do without two top athletes: While Sara Marita Kramer extends her break from competition and does not start in Hesse, the season is over for Daniela Iraschko-Stolz. The 39-year-old underwent surgery on her left knee on Friday. It is now clear that the 16-time World Cup winner will not compete again this season.

Six DSV athletes at the start

After the home world cup in Hinterzarten, the next world cup in Germany is coming up for the DSV jumpers. Six German athletes will be there in Willingen. Juliane Seyfarth has achieved sixth place on the grid thanks to her good performances in Hinterzarten and is starting with number eight today. In addition to Althaus (35) and Seyfarth, Pauline Hessler (15), Selina Freitag (30), Anna Rupprecht (22) and Luisa Görlich (18) are also starting.
