The American shoe provider Skechers USA Inc. has realized its new store concept “Skechers Performance” in Europe for the first time. The format that celebrated its world premiere in January in the Canadian metropolis of Edmonton was now also used in a new Skecher’s store in Ghent in Belgium.
There, the brand now offers shoes, clothing and accessories for a variety of sports in Veldstraat 94 on an area of 715 square meters. Among them are the special range of the brand for basketball, golf, football and pickle ball.
With the store in the popular pedestrian zone in the center of the Genter Altstadt, Skechers expanded its presence in Belgium to nine locations. Another reopening in Messancy is already planned for the summer.
