Investigators recorded at least 14 shells hit the territory of the Rostov region, reported in the press service of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
“Now at least 14 shells hit the territory of the Rostov region, including the destruction of the premises used by the border guards of the FSB of Russia in the Rostov region,” the message says.
Based on these facts, criminal cases have been initiated. The Investigative Committee indicated that the shots were fired from a site controlled by Ukraine. However, later the territory came under the control of the Russian military.

Employees of the Russian border service previously reported that they recorded the hit of two shells on the territory of the Rostov region. According to the FSB, one of the shells exploded 2 km from the Russian-Ukrainian border on the outskirts of the village of Mityakinskaya, Tarasovsky district. Another shell destroyed an outbuilding on the territory of a private household in the farm Manotsky, Tarasovsky district.
