The Opel, Peugeot, DS and Citroën from the Stellantis parent company have brought so -called ‘tamper diesels’ to the Dutch market since 2009. The court in Amsterdam judges this in cases that have been brought by three claim foundations. In addition, those diesels were equipped with software, making the emission of harmful substances lower during tests than when using on the road.
