Sivasspor and Ankaragücü duke it out in the 5th week of Trendyol Super League. Referee Çağdaş Altay blew the whistle in the match played at the New 4 Eylül Stadium.
Ankaragücü won the tough match 3-1 and got 3 points. The goals that brought the victory to the guest team were Morutan in the 31st minute, Tolga Ciğerci in the 66th minute and 90+5. Cephas scored in the minute. Sivasspor’s only goal came from Samu Saiz in the 18th minute.
Sivasspor’s Clinton N’Jie received a red card after the second yellow in the 59th minute, leaving his team with 10 men.
With its first victory of this season, Ankaragücü increased its points to 5 and equalized the points with Sivasspor.
Sivasspor will face Rizespor away next week. Ankaragücü will host Konyaspor at home.
