Drama in Cincinnati: Tennis top star Jannik Sinner gave up after only 22 minutes in the final of the ATP master against his permanent rival Carlos Alcaraz.

A start seems completely unlikely. Alcaraz, who had switched off Zverev in Cincinnati in the semi -finals, starts with the British Emma Raducanu.
