Hagen, the verdict of customers in Germany is clear: Based on 135,000 customer votes, SiNN is “Germany’s consulting king” in the fashion house sector. The study was initiated by the Cologne rating and ranking agency ServiceValue in cooperation with the BILD newspaper.

    The “Germany’s Advice Kings” study is based on a consumer survey via an online panel. Participants are asked to rate the customer service provided by providers and companies with which they have had contact over the past twelve months. SiNN was the only fashion house in Germany to secure the best possible rating of “highest quality of advice”.
