What’s new for 2025

The Single Allowance is recognized for each child under 21 years of age and without age limits in the case of disabled children. The amount of the allowance varies based on incomeage and number of children, as well as the presence of any disabilities. 2025 introduces some important news. Among these, one of the main ones concerns the fact that the sums received will not be counted in the ISEE calculation to access the nursery bonusthe economic contribution for families with children under the age of three. Furthermore, the amount of the credit will be increased by 50% for the first year of the child’s life.

Automatic renewal and updating of the ISEE

Another important change concerns those who already receive the Single Allowance. These they will not have to submit a new applicationthe request will be automatically renewed, provided that the ISEE is updated by 28 February 2025. In recent days, those who are already eligible have received an email from INPS inviting them to use the DSU pre-filled through the portal to confirm or update your family’s income and asset data. In the end, it will be easier to request the increase provided for families with an ISEE of less than 25,000 euros.

Payment methods

Payments of the Single Allowance will take place via the Single IBAN Management System (SUGI), a centralized system designed to simplify the process and ensure that credits are made in a timely and correct manner. To receive payments, it is necessary for beneficiaries to upload their IBAN into the SUGI system. This can be done through the INPS online portal, where users can access their profile and update their banking details.
