French BFMTV interviewed David He received a fine of 200 euros after talking to his phone using a loudspeaker at Nantes Train Station.

The fine did not come from behind the tree, as the staff of the railway company SNCF had first asked the man to stop the speaker through the threat of crabs and talk to his phone normally. However, David refused to do so.

Initially, the fine was 150 euros, but since David did not pay for it, it rose to 200 euros. The man says he has hired a lawyer and quarrel.

SNCF has not separately denied talking to the phone in its trains or stations. A representative of the railway company told For Le Parisien magazinethat the fine was based on disturbing other people. He compared the speaker call to shouting music.
