Shots fired at Serbian parliament and fire briefly broke out: president calls it an act of terrorism

A fire briefly broke out in a tent camp of pro-government demonstrators in front of the Serbian parliament in the capital Belgrade on Wednesday. The cause is said to be an exploded gas cylinder. However, according to the opposition, shots were also fired. Serbian media reports that a suspected perpetrator was arrested and one person was also injured. Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic already spoke of an “act of terror”.
