Shooter Heidelberg is an eighteen-year-old young man: “He sent a Whatsapp message about punishing people shortly before”

In an auditorium at the university of Heidelberg, Germany, in the state of Baden-Württemberg, a teenager (18) injured four people when he pulled out a firearm and started firing at those in attendance. One of them, a 23-year-old student, later died in hospital, the German news agency dpa reported citing security sources. The perpetrator, according to the same sources a student, walked out after the incident and committed suicide. His motive is not yet clear.
