A ship with Russian oil is on its way to the port of Rotterdam. The oil tanker was supposed to arrive in Sweden earlier, but had to divert because dock workers there refuse all ships with a connection to Russia. According to Foreign Minister Wopke Hoekstra, he cannot stop the ship. He does want to talk to the buyer of the oil.
