A woman from Roosendaal received text messages, letters, emails, photos and videos from her ex-lover for almost a year. To top it all off, she received two stuffed condoms from this macic L. (44) from Breda. The court in Breda agrees that this was very annoying and the Pole imposes a 120 -hour community service and a two -month conditional prison sentence.
The woman knew the macic of volleyball and got a relationship with him. She went to the police in the summer of 2022 to report stalking. Agents visited Maciek L. and his wife with the assignment to stop the harassment of his ex-minner in Roosendaal, but Maciek L. did not. He went on with it for quite some time.
During the session, at the end of April, L. said especially that he thought he had not been annoying. Had he painted ‘sex club’ on her sidewalk with paint? Had he sent anonymous, threatening letters? Had he followed her and sent photos of where she was? Made her black with friends? And sent stuffed condoms? No, L. hadn’t done that, he said.

He had sent emails and he still wanted to see money for a renovation at the woman’s home. And he sent her perfume once. He was sad and had told wife and children at home that he would leave. But he meant nothing with all the messages.
But the court sees that differently. Not everything could be proven, but most of them. The woman has had a long time of stalking by macic. In addition to the 120 -hour community service, the man was therefore in prison conditional, with a probationary period of two years. In that probationary period he is also not allowed to contact the woman.
