British man after 38 years in prison declared innocent in notorious murder case

Peter Sullivan, who was in prison for the murder of Diane Sindall for 38 years, was acquitted on Tuesday by the British Court of Appeal. New DNA certificates show that he cannot be the perpetrator. This probably puts an end to the longest judicial error in British history.
