Friday’s schedule
The congress –which has the motto ‘We will do it right’– will start at 11 with the report of the president of the COC and, after the election of the table and the approval of the Regulation, the president of NNGG, Beatriz Fanjul, will take the floor . Later, shortly before noon, the interventions of all the regional presidents of the PP will begin. At 4:00 p.m., the current general coordinator and spokesperson for the Popular Group, Cuca Gamarra, is expected to present the management report of the Outgoing Executive Committee –due to the resignation of Teodoro García Egea– and shortly after the president of the European Parliament, Roberta Metsola. Starting at 4:30 p.m. on Friday, the regional presidents of the PP will take the floor at the congress at a table moderated by Alberto Núñez Feijóo: Juanma Moreno (Andalusia), Juan Vivas (Ceuta), Fernando López Miras (Murcia), Alfonso Fernández Mañueco ( CyL) and Isabel Díaz Ayuso (Madrid). That same afternoon, and after the tribute to his refoundation in Seville in 1990, Aznar will go on stage and Rajoy will do the same shortly after. At 6:30 p.m., Pablo Casado’s speech as outgoing president has been scheduled and at 7:00 p.m. Feijóo will intervene to present his candidacy. There, the 35 members of the Executive Committee and the 30 of the National Board of Directors will meet.
