Several places in the south Spain flooded by storm ‘Laurence’: Hundreds of households evacuated

In the region around Malaga, the residents are preparing for a night with heavy rain as a result of Storm Laurence. As a precaution, residents of around 370 houses along the Campanillas river north-west of the city were evacuated. They are taken care of in the Ciudad Jardín sports center in Malaga, which is set up as a shelter. The population is urged to ‘be extremely careful and to avoid unnecessary travel’.
