Pharmaceutical giant Pfizer wins battle over obesity startup Metsera
Biotech company Metsera, which develops medicines against obesity, is taken over by the American Pfizer for 10 billion dollars. The Danish Novo Nordisk also registered as a candidate for the startup last week, but Metsera accepted Pfizer’s offer on Friday night.
