Researchers from the COSIC research group at KU Leuven have discovered a serious security hole in Google Fast Pair, the service that should make it easier to connect Bluetooth earphones and headphones. This vulnerability allows malicious parties to unknowingly connect to wireless earphones, listen in on conversations via the microphone and even follow users, writes ‘De Morgen’.
