Rigamonti’s big match ends in a draw, in front of over 11,000 spectators: Vicenza breaks the deadlock with a great shot from Costa who bends Gori’s hands, but Brescia finds the equalizer with Cisco whose entry proves decisive (in the final, both goalkeepers secure the result). Lecco didn’t take advantage of it, playing a great match but being beaten by Cittadella in the other top-ranking match: Castelli solved from the spot after a naive handball by Zanellato, thus arriving for Iori the seventh victory in a row which brings him closer to second place. Inter U23 starts again, interrupting the positive streak (9) of a good Trento thanks to the substitute Spinaccé on a corner development (Vecchi, with honesty, recognized the generosity of the result). External blow and overtaking by Renate on Novara (who hadn’t lost in seven games): De Leo punished on the counterattack in the home team’s best moment, who protested at the end due to a couple of dubious episodes. The second consecutive victory also pushes Giana into the playoff zone, beating a dull Ospitaletto thanks to the substitutions; Vitale scored the match goal, on Colombara’s side.

It’s a real test of strength for Arezzo, who beat Ascoli in the direct match and sent them to within seven (while there are three points over second-placed Ravenna): Cristian Bucchi’s success against Del Duca came in the second half, Pattarello’s left-footed volley on an assist from Righetti broke the balance, then Chierico doubled the lead on the restart. After four draws in a row, Ternana returns to full results: the feat of the overhead kick from the newly introduced Leonardi is needed to overcome Juventus Next Gen and relaunch Liverani behind the leading trio. It ends 0-0 between Guidonia and Campobasso, with the best opportunities falling on one side and on the other to the center forwards Bernardotto and Padula. Sambenedettese and Pineto are also tied: Candellori responds to Bruzzaniti’s eighth goal of the season, but Samb hasn’t won since October 4th.

Clutch at the top: Catania narrowly beats Latina and takes advantage of Salernitana’s home draw to reach Raffaele’s team on 31 points. In front of over 16,000 at Massimino – where Dini hasn’t conceded a goal in eight games – Forte’s inspiration (served by Jimenez) was enough to get a full result. Salernitana, however, after a good first half, fell behind against a lively Potenza (Schimmenti’s first goal of the season) and managed to get them back on their feet only in the final with Ferrari (who came on in place of Liguori). Cosenza is also officially invited to the ball of the greats, who in a half-empty stadium (the dispute towards ownership continues) overturns Benevento and joins them at 29 points, just two points from the top: Kouan replies to Lamesta’s lead on an assist from Mignani from a corner action, the Cosenza native Garritano is decisive in the second half from the spot (scognamillo’s hold on Mazzocchi taken over by Fvs). All in the first half the 2-2 between Cavese and Atalanta U23, two teams in form: another over the top game from Dominic Vavassori, returning from his first call-up with Italy U21 and scoring for the eighth time in the championship.
