In group A the Tesser treatment returns to take effect at Triestina, with their third victory in the last four matches after the 3-0 at Caldiero. In group B, Pineto won at home, in group C the Bianconeri beat Casertana with a goal from the overmatched Guerra
Nine games to open the second day of return, spread until Epiphany Monday (and with the winter transfer market started in full swing). Here’s everything that happened.

In the former match for Aimo Diana, Feralpisalò – despite the absences and the bench for Pietrelli, destined for Juve Next Gen – beat Renate (3-1), consolidating third place and at the same time putting an end to the streak of seven results useful for Foschi’s team: Di Molfetta, Balestrero and Jacopo Pellegrini scored in a half overhead kick (first goal of the season), Calì shortened too late with a free kick. Virtus Verona maintains a playoff pace, overcoming Alcione (1-0) thanks to De Marchi’s goal in the 14th minute of the first half in which the Milanese freshman also hits the crossbar with Palombi. AlbinoLeffe and Arzignano start the year by continuing to move up the table: the 1-1 draw in Zanica comes with two goals from two defenders from a corner, with Milillo replying to Borghini (fourth center in the league). The Tesser treatment returns to take effect at Triestina, with their third victory in the last four matches: the 3-0 at Caldiero all matures in the second half with goals from Olivieri, El Azrak and King Udoh, who has just arrived from Trapani. The 0-0 draw between Atalanta U23 and Novara was without any particular bells and whistles, with the group’s top scorer Vanja Vlahovic well controlled by Bertoncini on a graceful evening.

Gubbio returns to home success, overcoming a Lucchese team in crisis (3-1) dragged by Tommasini’s double header: Selvini scores the provisional Tuscan equalizer, then Corsinelli also scores with a great left foot (Lucchese complains for the two posts hit by Saporiti in the second half). Germinario’s tap-in after just two minutes was enough for Pineto to overcome (1-0) Sestri Levante, who were kept in the game by Tonti’s saves but were unable to restore the balance.

The salt is all at the start between Crotone and Cavese, who make it 1-1 at Scida with both goals in the first 12′: ahead with the former Oviszach (ninth goal in the championship), the hosts are caught up in close proximity from Sorrentino, primed by Saio. The golden moment of Juventus Next Gen continues, which seems like a different team since Massimo Brambilla returned to the bench: the narrow success in the salvation clash with Casertana (1-0) represents the sixth consecutive useful result for the young players the Bianconeri, who at this moment however cannot do without the experience of striker Simone Guerra – out of quota, with his 35 years of age – with the third goal in the last four matches (for the guests, the best opportunity comes from Damian, careful Daffara).
