On the weekend the 2025-26 season opens and the first arbitration designations arrive. To open two advances: at 6.30 pm on the field the Italian champions of Napoli engaged at the Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia against the newly promoted Sassuolo. To direct the meeting will be Giovanni Ayroldi, with Lo Cicero and Yoshikawa as assistants, the fourth race officer Rapuano and the Var referees of Bello and Aureliano. Also at 6.30 pm Genoa-Lecce which was entrusted to Davide Massa di Imperia.

Two other races are scheduled for Saturday, both starting at 8.45 pm: Milan-Cremonese (Collu di Cagliari) and Rome-Bologna (Zufferi di Udine). Two games are also scheduled on Sunday at 6.30 pm: Cagliari-Fiorentina (Sozza di Seregno) and Como-Lazio (Manganiello di Pinerolo), while at 8.45 pm Atalanta-Pisa (Arena di Torre del Greco) and Juventus-Parma (Marcenaro of Genoa) will be played.
