The Super Bowl is more than just a football game. This is shown again this year: the US President is without end, and there is a dance performance of a tennis star.

Many stars and show greats have been seen in the stadium at the United States’ biggest sporting event. In the stadium, Donald Trump was also a US president for the first time in history.

The half -time show with Kendrick Lamar was also a spectacle. The 37-year-old artist brought a more than ten-minute medley of his hits to the stage. When he played his Battle Track “Not Like Us”, which was awarded five Grammys, great jubilation broke up in the arena in New Orleans. With the Superhit, Lamar won the rap duel against the Canadian Drake last year in the opinion of many fans.

She was wearing a cheerleader outfit: a short blue fold skirt, plus a suitable jacket and sneaker and shuffle to the song. A clip of her appearance immediately went viral on social media.

The show was interrupted several times by actor Samuel L. Jackson, who, as a personification of the American figure Uncle Sam, made his comments on Lamar’s performance with great cylinder. The rapper was supported by the R&B singer and Grammy award winner SZA.

Elsewhere in the event, there was no lack of entertainment. Shortly before the start of the Super Bowl, Grammy winner Jon Batiste sang the US national anthem on a white wing with a colorful flower pattern. Meanwhile, several fighter jets flew over the stadium.

In a tribute for the victims of the terrorist attack in New Orleans with 14 dead at the beginning of the year, singer Lady Gaga had previously performed on a piano on the world -famous Bourbon Street.

Singer Ledisi sang “Lift Every Voice and Sing”. The musicians Trombone Shorty and Lauren Daigle also performed the song “America the Beautiful”. According to the organizers, the show before the start of the game should honor the rich musical tradition of New Orleans.
