Unilever is postponing the spin-off of its ice cream business, renamed The Magnum Ice Cream Company (TMICC). The food company has revised the timeline for this due to the US government shutdown. As a result, the American stock exchange regulator SEC is unable to complete the IPO of TMICC in New York, Unilever said in a statement sent on Tuesday.
