Evenepoel hurts the defending champion and takes the lead in the standings

Primoz Roglic (32) had to take a sensitive blow on Thursday in the Vuelta a España. The Slovenian leader of Jumbo-Visma, who won the past three editions, lost almost a minute and a half in the sixth stage – which turned out to be a battlefield – compared to his rivals Remco Evenepoel and Enric Mas. The Belgian had an excellent day and also took the lead in the general classification.
