Salminen, 29, surprised the sports community last September when he told Yle after the World Cup triple jump qualification that the couple was waiting for a family addition.
– I’m starting to focus on that now [lapseen]. I’m very happy about that, Salminen commented on the change in life to Yle at the World Championships in Tokyo.
Salminen and musician Wickström have been together for about three years.
