Michael van Gerwen (35) did not qualify for the final on the sixth Premier League evening of the year. For the fifth time, the Dutch darter won his quarterfinals, but for the fifth time he immediately lost his semi -final. Gerwyn Price was supreme and won 6-1. The Welshman then also won the final by beating Luke Littler.
