Seidensticker is expanding its premium segment. On Tuesday evening, the Bielefeld shirt specialist presented the new premium line 1919. With the collection, the company wants to bundle its more than 100 years of expertise in the shirt sector in a higher-quality segment and combine traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design approaches, according to a statement.
The focus of the line is the shirt as a versatile item of clothing for different occasions. The collection is aimed at customers who value quality, durability and an understated style. Business appointments, festive occasions and everyday life should be covered equally. For the models, Seidensticker uses, among other things, full-thread qualities with non-iron finish, poplin and twill fabrics, linen blends and Japanese knit jerseys. Structured fabrics, striped and checked patterns, denim looks and all-over prints complete the range.
The shirts are offered in slim and regular fits. Different collar variants such as Kent, cut-away and button-down collars are intended to serve different styles within the collection.
“With 1919, we are taking the expertise and tradition of our company into a new premium dimension,” says Silvia Bentzinger, CEO of the Seidensticker brand. “The collection stands for quality, zeitgeist and modern design – values that have shaped our brand for generations.”
The new shirt line is priced at 79 euros, 89 euros and 99 euros.
